    UI / UX Studies

    LINGsCARS has been one of the most „terrific“ websites we could find on the internet during our UX Master Semesters. Its website structure, the overload on GIFs and the fact that this Homepage was in fact designed to sell rental cars got our attention – so we tested its User Experience.

    2 Methods – Thinking Aloud & Eyetracking

    Based on our raw data, we were able to distinguish between: help required, wrong solution, technical error, time needed, stress level, UI elements registered, UI elements used.

    Both testing methods showed susceptibility to errors during the UX tests. Nevertheless, a direct comparison of the results reveals trends, complexities and weaknesses in the website.

    Prototyping – Glasshunt

    The app was designed for both, people that aren´t able to get rid of their waste glass and people that have time and are interested in earning money by disposing other peoples waste glass.
